Questionnaire
“If you continue to do what you have always done, is it reasonable to expect a different outcome?”
At Braver Business Strategies, we ask our clients to answer a few quick questions to see how we can best assist them in making their company a success. Below are those twelve questions –questions that all business owners should ask themselves.
- Am I satisfied with my current level of sales and profits?
- Do I know what the gross profit and net profit levels should be for a company of our size in this industry?
- Do my key employees know what I expect from them and do they perform to my expectations?
- Do my employees know what to expect from my company?
- Do I pay employees for performance, or give annual raises and bonuses to keep them happy and on board?
- Do I believe that there is no theft, shrinkage or internal leaks in my business?
- If I had to leave for an extended period, could my business run without me?
- Can I take time off to relax, confident that things will go well, or is vacation time something just for my employees?
- Do I have a planned exit strategy?
- Is finding new people something that comes easily to me, something I plan and enjoy doing?
- Are my finances planned well enough so that I don’t have to juggle my daily obligations?
- Have I planned formally for business expansion and growth?
Even though there are no right or wrong answers, a single “No” means it might just be time for you to take a deeper look at your company and contact us.
