What’s your goal? Braver can help you succeed.
Every staff member has a Braver career advisor. The goal of the career advisor program is to guide you in setting and reaching your personal career goals. The career advisor is here to help you get to where YOU want to be. A formal Goal Planning System will help you to define your goals and follow through with the steps needed to meet those goals.
In addition, each staff will also have a mentor. Your mentor is your go-to person to assist you with day-to-day questions. Our commitment to this program goes beyond lip service. To encourage interaction, Braver reimburses each mentor for lunch or dinner with his/her mentee once per month!
Braver is committed to offering between 100 – 120 hours of training per year. This is achieved through training/seminars, both in-house and off-site with a wide range of topics from technical to soft-skills.
