Everyone at Braver has a career advisor. The goal of the career advisor program is to guide you in setting and reaching your personal career goals. The career advisor is here to help you get to where YOU want to be. A formal Goal Planning System will help you to define your goals and follow through with the steps needed to meet those goals.
In addition to a career advisor, professionals through the senior manager level will also have a mentor. Your mentor is your Go-To person to assist you with the day-to-day questions that come with changing organizations.
If you are interested in playing a leadership role and helping others reach their career aspirations, perhaps a career advisor or mentor role is for you!
Braver is committed to offering between 100 – 120 hours of training per year. This is achieved through training/seminars, both in-house and off-site with a wide range of topics from technical to soft-skills.
