Bill has over 40 years of experience in public accounting, serving companies in a diverse range of industries as well as to wealthy families. He also provides litigation support and business valuations to the legal community and other business entities.
Bill provides a wide range of services including accounting and audit, income tax compliance, tax planning and management advice. He specializes in consulting with wealthy families for a variety of tax related matters e.g., income tax, estate and gift tax planning. In addition, he is involved with the legal and business community for litigation support and business valuations.
Prior to joining Braver as a consultant, Bill was a partner in Laventhol & Horwath and Director of Litigation Support Services of the Boston Office.
Bill is a graduate of Boston University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange. He is an associate member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Bill has been a speaker at many engagements and has had articles published in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as well as the Boston Business Journal.
